Matt brings over 30 years of experience across healthcare and life sciences, including leadership roles with Merck & Co. and Johnson & Johnson, and more than 25 years as a venture capital and growth fund manager.
He is currently Chief Investment Officer and Director at Horizon 3 Healthcare, and previously spent 14 years as CIO at BioScience Managers and served as CEO of the SciCapital pre-seed fund.
Matt has a strong track record of identifying, funding and translating high-potential healthcare technologies into successful outcomes, and his expertise in bridging science, capital and commercial execution will be highly valuable as Sementis advances its technology toward clinical and commercial realisation.
